Pirates of the Caribbean 2: breaks records

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest hauled in $132 million over its opening weekend, crushing 2002's Spider-Man record for a debut by $18 million and shattering every box office opening record. In addition to being the first movie ever to top $100 million in two days, POTC2 earned $55.5 million on Friday, beating the previous record of $50 million set last year by Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith. Disney states the movie is appealing to all sexes and age groups:
