I freakin' hate when the weather is depressing

So it’s official. It’s that time of year again, the worst weather of the year – winter. Today was wet, rainy, drizzly, and ugly as hell. Mind you I spent the entire day inside of a cubicle without a window… it still was awful outside. Why do I hate it so much? Besides the obvious cold and rainy weather, I really am annoyed by the fact the sun goes down before I get home from work. Call it petty, but I just find it a complete downer that the sun goes down before I even get home. I really really hate that. Did I mention I really hate it? It honestly just makes me want to stay inside, wear nothing but comfortable sweats and lounge around watching movies and TV. Now don’t mistake me, I love the change of climate the Midwest gets, and when it snows here it’s awesome. However, I do reserve my right to complain about the rest of the 80% of the winter season that just seems to suck donkey ka-ka.
