Across-the-Board on hold for Thanksgiving...

Well folks, it’s that time of year again – the wonderful holiday that we Americans call Thanksgiving. I’m off to my parents house to spend this festive holiday weekend with my family. I’m totally looking forward to the time off from work (obviously), but strangely as I found out in talking with my co-workers, I realized I do not enjoy the Thanksgiving feast of food that everyone seems to salivate about. What I mean is, I absolutely do not enjoy the one food almost everyone seems to enjoy during Thanksgiving – that is eating turkey. I’m not sure what it is my own personal taste buds seem reject with this particular type of food, but I absolutely positively do not enjoy eating it. At all. Not one bit. Call it un-American, but the dry rough texture of turkey just doesn’t do it for me. Thankfully, pretty much everything else on the table at Thanksgiving dinner is right up my ally. Anyways, I’m looking forward to a wonderful non-hectic weekend full of food, TV, movies, magazines, and lots of X-Box 360. Have a great Thanksgiving!

Someone hasn't been cooking the Turkey correctly! If you ate my Turkey, you'd like it, it's not dry at all. Poor baby. Deprived of good Turkey all these years. :)

This is my first Thanksgiving blog. Just think, if the pilgrims and native americans had had laptops and blogs, they probably would have "just gotten along" with occasional flames. Love the turkey lamp thanks.
