Nude pictures of Desperate Housewives actress

Actress Marcia Cross is apparently desperate to get back nude photos of her that were thrown in the trash.

According to the New York Daily News, a man who works for the carting firm hired to remove trash from Cross' home in Los Angeles discovered the photos when he got to the dump.
An agent hired by the company, David Hans Schmidt, told the News that he has more than 200 photos of the "Desperate Housewives" actress -- some where she is purportedly showering outside.

Schmidt told the paper that Cross, who is nude in the photos, "looks absolutely gorgeous." Cross' attorneys said that no matter where the photos were found, they're still her property.

But Schmidt claimed otherwise. "The pictures were not stolen," Schmidt told the News. "When you throw something away, you forfeit that property." Article here.
