Yeah, I was thinking, I think this would be better labelled as tell your husband you're leaving...
no telling where you found this, but when posting photos, it is appropriate to first ask permission, then to credit the photographer...

right, atleast u cud have given the credit to the photographer, its indeed theft.
They found it on Digg....so they're thieves as well, right?
In a word: yes. Everyone who posts this pic without the permission of the author is stealing.
However, the actual harm could basically be erased by changing the post to text saying he found something amusing and linking to the image in its rightful place.
