[teacher sex] 28-year-old has sex with 16-year-old

Roseville Police arrested a Middle School teacher for allegedly engaging in unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor.

Twenty-eight-year-old Kelly Christine Spaich was arrested at her Roseville home Saturday and booked into the Roseville Police Department Jail on suspicion of having sex with the 16-year-old male. The victim is a former student at Silverado Middle School.

The alleged incidents occurred over the the course of the last six months, say police. The investigation into Spaich began three weeks ago when authorities were made aware of the situation. Full article here.
