Do you suffer from sexsomnia? You’re probably embarrassed…

A researcher said that he has cataloged a range of problems that could be classified as sleep-related sex disorders. Dr. Carlos Schenck reported in the journal Sleep that sleepsex, or sexsomnia, is becoming more common.

He also said that while some people think the behavior -- which can include attempting sex with others or touching oneself, among other things -- is funny, the people it happens to are often disturbed, or embarrassed. That can make them less likely to seek help. » Article here
