Did they ask these men from the other countries if they were having "consensual" sex? Did they bother asking these guys if there was a partner involved? Did they bother to ask (if there was a partner) if that was a female partner? Did they ask if the partner had only two legs and speaks the native language? There are too many variables left to chance here...
Dude, I hate to break it to you, but when it comes to sexual anomaly, America leads the world. You'll find no place else where they take such pride in boinking same-sex partners, blow-up dolls, animals, whatever.
If we consider all the stuff you suggest, the gap is probably still larger.
