Armless man questioned in head-butting death of his neighbor

Back in 1983 I went to college with this guy, William Russell Redfern, in Georgia. He was amazing, he drove a VW bug using his foot to shift gears and steer. He could role a joint with his feet. He took a drafting class and had great penmanship. He never wore shoes, because his feet were his hands. I believe that he played high school football on the defensive line, but he really was not that big.
