Seat-belt breathalyser?

Volvo has been testing a breathalyzer lock integrated into the driver's seat belt clasp. If alcohol is detected, or the driver does not fasten the seat belt – the car will not start. They are also developing a key and with special code capabilities to limit the car's speed can be- to suit the experience of a variety of drivers (i.e. teenagers, or just plain horrible drivers) by setting a maximum predetermined limit. Overly controlling parents are going to love this.
