Dude crashes memorial service, gropes dead woman's sister

A man was arrested after police said he crashed a memorial service, grabbed the breast of the deceased woman's sister and showed her mother pornographic pictures.

Marlos Hernandez, 31, faces possible charges of unlawful sexual contact, first-degree burglary and harassment after police said he entered a memorial gathering in another unit of his apartment building that had started Wednesday evening and extended past midnight. » Full article here

Dude divorces 2 wives in 3 minutes.

A man divorced his two wives within three minutes. In the Lower Syariah Court, businessman Roslan Ngah, 44, divorced both wives by pronouncing talak (intention to divorce) to each of them.

He pronounced talak to his second wife Mastura Ahmad, 35, about 11.50am, then to Norhayati Ismail, 46, before judge Wan Abdul Malik Wan Sidek. Wan Abdul Malik said this was the first time in the court’s history that two wives had sought a divorce at the same time. » Full article here

Band director sends 500+ text messages to student

The Hillsborough County School Board voted to uphold the superintendent's recommendation of firing a former Plant High School band director who had sent more than 500 text messages to a student.

John Sinibaldi, 46, has been on unpaid leave since November. During the 2006-07 school year, Sinibaldi sent 525 text messages to a female member of the high school band during and after school hours, Hegarty said.

He insists he was just trying to help the female student. "I tried to help because I'm human," he says. "You can't be a robot in the classroom. And the thanks I have gotten was to be destroyed." » Article here
