Good till the last drop...

The LEGO iPod, well sort-of...

Hands down, the ultimate accessorized product ever has to be the iPod. On that note, check out the BrixPod Classic. It is a product that is assembled by hand from 59 genuine LEGO parts. The BrixPod Classic can be displayed alone but is intended for use with the iPod shuffle (not included). By inserting the shuffle into the top of the BrixPod you get the effect of a fully functional music player constructed from LEGOs.

Personally, I think this accessory takes steps backwards to the advantages of owning an iPod shuffle to begin (the small size is everything!). I guess people who are envious of the REAL iPods might find this a must have. How much for this useless accessory? They are $49.99 each. Click here to buy one.

Condoleezza Rice has weird eyeballs?

USA Today pulled a photograph of Condoleezza Rice from its website after a weblog revealed it was manipulated, giving the secretary of state a menacing, demon-eyesing stare.

Check out the differences in the
Photoshop’ed pictures vs. the normal AP picture below.

USA Today is claiming that they made an error in applying a filter to the image- thus causing this effect. However, several expert Photoshop users argue the manipulation had to been intentional… click here to read the full story.

A fun 'lil time wasting tennis game

Here’s a cool little mini-tennis game. It’s kind of hard at first- you really have to polish up on your mouse precision skills. It’s amazing to think how simple things/games can entertain us. Click here to play the game.

Die-hard Star Wars fan's Halloween Outfit

Star Wars fans will appreciate this Halloween costume… a lot. Check it out, looks pretty close to the real thing to me (it’s an AT-AT). I’m going to make a wild assumption and say that it probably is not very comfortable wearing this, and I’m sure it gets pretty hot too. It’s probably a small sacrifice for the reactions he’ll receive from die-hard Star Wars fans. Click here to see pictures of how he assembled this costume.

Kermit the Frog does New York City

Check out this really clever way a girl ‘depicted’ her trip to New York City. She took pictures with Kermit the Frog throughout the city. Clever stuff. Click here to see more pictures.

Mom, my teacher was drunk at school!

A 6th grade English teacher (who has been teaching for almost 20 years), was arrested at school for being drunk in public.

On Monday morning, administrators at Brandon Middle School in Virginia Beach noticed 58-year-old Cynthia White behaving strangely.

They called on the school's resource officer, and after a brief investigation, White was hauled off to the Virginia Beach Correctional Center on charges of being drunk in public.

11-year-old Kala Matthews was in Mrs. White's third period class just before the arrest and said she knew Mrs. White didn't look herself.

"Like, her hair was all messed up and she just looked a little weird," said Kala.

Administrators waited to make their move so that English class didn't turn into Drama class, but kids like Kala caught on.

This is not the first time the school has had to deal with Mrs. White and alcohol-related charges. On March 2, 2005, White was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Virginia Beach. She refused a blood or breath test, pleaded guilty, served no jail time, but lost her license for a year. School officials say White did report that arrest to the school, but they wouldn't tell us if any discipline was handed down.

White has been put on paid leave until an investigation is completed. If White refused a breath test in this latest incident, under Virginia law, she will automatically lose her license again for a year. Click here to read the article.

eBay auction for Britney Spear’s thong?

I really don’t need to describe how pathetic it is that people actually bid on sh*t like this. I think it’s pretty self-explanatory. I kinda wish eBay would add a new feature to make people describe why they are bidding on certain items. Only then would we understand why an item like this gets 30+ bids exceeding $400 for a fuc*kin autographed thong. Wonder if this has been washed? Ewwww. Click here to see the actual ebay listing.

Walt Disney Airplanes... in japan.

Japan Airlines has painted their fleet in a ‘Disney’ theme. It is to celebrate their 50th Anniversary. Semi-sorta interesting stuff. Click here to see more pictures of the other Disney paint patterns.

A news story not for the faint at heart

Testimony began Tuesday in the trial of a cabdriver accused of dusting pastries with his dried, grated feces at a Dallas grocery store last summer.

A man faces two felony charges of tampering with consumer products in separate incidents this past July.

In his opening statement Tuesday afternoon, the prosecutor told jurors that the store workers went through seven months of customer complaints that unpackaged, fresh-baked goods "smelled and tasted like manure" until the defendant was arrested in late July.

The state's main evidence so far consisted of two videotapes of incidents.
In those tapes, a man with his back to the camera is shown scattering something over baked goods in the store while other shoppers pass by. No one reacts to the man on the first tape, but employees eventually detect a strong odor coming from a bread bin and begin to clear out the products and begin cleaning up.

A second tape is similar, except that the store's security manager runs down and detains the man. Shortly after the suspect is led away, a young boy reaches up and grabs a cookie from the nearby racks.
"It looked like cracked pepper at the time," Albert Bazan, a Fiesta employee, testified. "But it had a real strong odor ... a foul odor."

Testimony in the trial for this case resumes this week If convicted, he could face up to 20 years in prison. Click here to read the article.

Is it a ghost? Ghostly phenomenon?

This is a car advertisement from Great Britain. When they finished filming the ad, the film editor noticed something moving along the side of the car, like a ghostly white mist. The ad was never put on TV because of the unexplained ghostly phenomenon. Watch the front end of the car as it clears the trees in the middle of the screen and you'll see the white mist crossing in front of the car then following it along the road... Spooky. Is it a ghost, or do you think it's mist? You decide. Great way to get you in the Halloween spirit...

Inflatable disposable pooper-scooper!

Check this ‘clever’ product out. It is called, the Ezeedog! What is it you ask? Well, its a fully disposable, inflatable no touch dog poop catcher. Using an Ezeedog keeps the poop off the ground and you don't have to touch it with your hands.

Now, this product to me is absolutely crazy… yet freakin’ cool. Except I can’t help but think, some dogs might be “freaked out” by the fact your holding a ‘blow up poop-a-scooper’ behind them while they are doing their business.

Check out the demo video on the website of how it works… and be sure not to miss the ‘mini game’ you can download, it's called Ezeedump! No really- that’s the name of the game. By the way, it costs around $17.00 for a pack of 40 blow-up bags. Click here to go to the website.
