Baby born with 2 faces

A baby with two faces was born in a northern Indian village, where she is doing well and is being worshipped as the reincarnation of a Hindu goddess, her father said Tuesday.

The baby, Lali, apparently has an extremely rare condition known as craniofacial duplication, where a single head has two faces. Except for her ears, all of Lali's facial features are duplicated -- she has two noses, two pairs of lips and two pairs of eyes.

Dude with suicide victim's heart takes own life

A man who received a heart transplant 12 years ago and later married the donor's widow died the same way the donor did, authorities said: of a self-inflicted gunshot wound.

No foul play was suspected in 69-year-old Sonny Graham's death at his home, investigators said. He was found Tuesday in a utility building in his backyard with a single shotgun wound to the throat, said Greg Harvey, a special agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. » Article here

[semi-sorta cool] Prank on little league baseball game

No posts today, my KU Jayhawks are National Champs!

Sometimes there are good reasons and bad reasons why I miss a day in blogging on Across-the-Board. Yesterday was a GREAT reason. My alma mater, Kansas University was in the National Championship for college basketball -- and we won. For those of you who live in a cave, you missed out on one of the best games in college basketball history -- let alone KU Basketball. I'm so happy right now its hard to express why this KU win means so much. You put so much emotion into watching EVERY game year after year, the feeling of winning is heaven. Posts will resume tomorrow, I'm going to keep enjoying this glory all the way up until the start of our first practices next year. Rock Chalk Jayhawks!
