I Dj'ed two Halloween parties this weekend.

So this weekend I DJ'ed two Halloween parties, and this is some quick footage I cut from both Friday and Saturday night. Man, after going to THREE Halloween parties this year, I'm pretty burnt out ;) I did however have a pretty fun time.

Dad beats his son with 2x4 in homework dispute

City police helped capture a man who tied his 13-year-old Norwalk son to a pole and beat him with a 2-by-4 piece of wood because he was not turning in his homework assignments on time, police said.

The teen was taken by his father, David Rodriguez, to the Fairfield home of his 13-year-old daughter and her mother, Fairfield police Capt. Gary MacNamara said.

Once at the home, Rodriguez took his son to the basement and used plastic zip ties to bind him to a pole, police said. Before grabbing the 2-by-4, Rodriguez, 41, ensured that his son could not break free by wrapping duct tape around the zip ties that secured the boy's hands and feet to the pole, MacNamara said.

After seven belts with the length of wood, the 2-by-4 broke, and Rodriguez continued the beating with another piece of wood, MacNamara said. » Article here

Dude arrested with inflatable doll in restroom.

A man was arrested after a government agent allegedly found him in an office building restroom lying next to an inflatable, anatomically correct doll with his pants down.

Craig S. McCullough, 47, was charged Wednesday with indecent exposure, a misdemeanor. The criminal complaint against McCullough says he was discovered in the public restroom by an agent for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency, which is one of the federal agencies that rents space in the Hach office building. » Article here

Couple gets married at Haunted House

As well-wishing zombies and witches looked on, a couple got married at the haunted house where they work. Tina Milhoane, 22, and Robert Seifer III, 24, exchanged vows Wednesday at the entrance to the 7 Floors of Hell haunted house's outdoor cemetery.

The groom made his entrance in a hearse, emerging from a coffin borne by six pallbearers. "It's weird watching your son get out of a coffin," said his father, Robert Seifer II. "Usually when you see someone in a coffin, they're going the other way -- in, not out."

The minister, clad as the Grim Reaper, read The Lord's Prayer from a scroll clutched in a bony-gloved hand. "This is the sweetest wedding that I've ever been to," said co-worker Tim Perrien, his face caked in makeup. His date, Jessica Repas, was dripping with blood as the lead character in the horror move "Carrie." "It was morbid," gushed friend Katie O'Malley. "Beautiful." » Article here
