inkkc.com Launch Party, featuring DJ AM (@Live! Block)

A new publication and website called www.inkkc.com held it's launch party in the Power & Light District (Live! Block) in downtown Kansas City. I had a chance to stop by and checkout the headline entertainment "DJ AM", interview Jennifer from www.inkkc.com, and take a sneak peak at the new bar Mosaic.Hearing DJ AM perform live (scratch and mix hot beats) was something I wasn't expecting to be as entertaining as it ended up being. He put on a great show and for sure is a pretty talented dude. He's got some skillz on the wheelz of steel.

All in all the night was pretty fun, hung out with some friends and got to meet some great people from www.inkkc.com. I'll be interested to see if it gets as much reception and praise as the other local KC publication, The Pitch.
